Advanced gel cushioning technology. Improves comfort by cushioning heels and absorbing the impact of walking. Suitable for all sizes and styles of shoes and boots. 

How to use:

Only apply to a clean, dry surface. 

Separate the cushions and remove the clear protective film.

Place them into the heels of your shoes with the adhesive side facing down.

locate accurately before pressing firmly to secure the cushions in place.

If the adhesive strength reduces, simply wash them with warm water and leave to dry naturally.
